With it's classic New England village, and the world renowned ski area on Vermont's highest mountain, Stowe is the town that many people think of when they think of Vermont. Stowe has become a year round resort with hiking, biking, and other warm weather pursuits available in the summer and cross country as well as downhill skiing and snowboarding in the winter. Numerous special events happen in town including the antique car show, concerts at Trapps, and multiple craft shows.
Stowe is a great place to own a home. Real Estate has been steadily increasing in price and from all current indicators will continue to do so. With the huge investment which is being made at the ski mountain over the next 10 years ($300 million) the rest of the area is also expected to get a boost.
